Trilegal is advising Samara Capital in its acquisition of stake in Associated Road Carriers Limited (“ARC”), one of India’s largest B2B road transportation companies, and Calyx Container Terminals Private Limited (“Calyx”), a licensed Container Freight Station serving the Chennai port, and the proposed merger of Calyx with and into ARC, subject to certain regulatory approvals. The transaction will create a scaled B2B logistics entity.
