Trilegal advised Highways Infrastructure Trust (an InvIT sponsored by an affiliate of KKR & Co. Inc.) on the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital in Swarna Tollway Pvt Ltd (STPL) and up to 83.61% of the equity share capital in Gujarat Road and Infrastructure Company Ltd (GRICL).
