Deal: Accel-IFC Backed Onsitego to acquire Qdigi from Fairfax-Controlled Quess Corp.

Trilegal is advising Onsitego in its 100% acquisition of Qdigi from publicly listed Fairfax-controlled Quess Corp. In addition, Quess Corp will be acquiring a minority stake in Onsitego.

The transaction is led by our Corporate Partner Abhishek Dubey and supported by attorneys Sarthak Sood, Senior Associate; Pallov Upadhyay and Sagnik Sarkar, Associates.

Onsitego is India’s leading device care company for digital devices, consumer electronics, and home appliances. They offer Extended Warranty, Damage Protection, and AMC Plans for all digital devices and home appliances. Onsite is backed by Accel, IFC and Zodius.

Qdigi provides installation, repair, and maintenance services to leading OEMs like Samsung, Apple, One Plus, Xiaomi etc., and online retailers like Amazon. The company has ~1400 employees and operates ~100 company-owned & 200+ franchise service centers.
