Deal: Highway Infrastructure Trust to acquire 12 road projects

Trilegal advised Highways Infrastructure Trust on its acquisition of 100% stake in 12 road assets (11 Hybrid Annuity Model assets and 1 Build Operate Transfer asset) from PNC Infratech Limited and PNC Infra Holdings Limited. The transaction is one of the largest acquisition deals in the Indian highways sector with an aggregate enterprise value of approximately INR 9,005.7 crores (including earnouts and subject to adjustments agreed in the transaction documents).
