Trilegal advised on the acquisition of Lynks Logistics Limited (Lynks), one of India’s largest technology-driven FMCG retail distribution companies, by Bundl Technologies Private Limited (“Swiggy“).

The team advising Swiggy was led by our Corporate Partner, Gautam Singh. In addition, Partner and National Head of the Competition law practice, Nisha Kaur Uberoi, Partner Gautam Chawla and Partner Atul Gupta (Labour & Employment) also supported the deal. Other attorneys who assisted on the deal were Mitali Halbe and Parvathy Tharamel, Counsels; Vadiraja PS, Principal Consultant; Nandita Bhakta, Rahat Dhawan and Hitesh Kumar A, Senior Associates; Shreya RS, Consultant; Soham Munshi, Aayush Jain and Payaswini Rai, Associates.
