Trilegal advised First Citizens Bank in the acquisition of SVB Financial Group’s stake in SVB Global Services. We were involved in conducting the due diligence and assisting with the transaction documents and ancillary documents pertaining to the transaction, which was a part of the global transaction of First Citizens Bank acquiring Silicon Valley Bank.

The deal was led by our partners Veena Gopalakrishnan and Pranav Atit, assisted by Senior Associate, Mansi Jain and Associate, Aishwarya Mysore Ravi.

Partner Komal Dani, supported by Counsel, Rohit Kumar S, advised on the Tax aspects of the transaction.

Partner Nikhil Narendran, with Counsel, Jishnu Sanyal, advised on the TMT aspects of the transaction.

Partner Mridul Kumbalath advised on the Real Estate aspects of the transaction.
