Deal: Trilegal advises Allen Career Institute on its acquisition of Doubtnut

Trilegal advised Allen Career Institute Private Limited (Allen) on its acquisition of the business undertaking of Class 21A Technologies Private Limited (Doubtnut). Doubtnut provides an AI-led doubts resolution platform to students in multiple languages.

The Trilegal team advising Allen on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, and the deal documentation for the business transfer, was led by our Corporate Partner Clarence Anthony.
