Trilegal advised the book-running lead managers on the IPO by JSW Infrastructure Limited (“Company”), aggregating to INR 28 billion.
A part of the multinational JSW group, the Company is the second largest commercial port operator in India. It is also India’s fastest-growing port-related infrastructure company.
This is the largest IPO to have been listed within 2 working days from IPO closure, and the second largest IPO to have been undertaken in this fiscal year.
The syndicate of book running lead managers comprised JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited, Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (Private) Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited.
