Trilegal advised PSP Projects Limited (“Company”) and the placement agents, being SBI Capital Markets Limited and Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP, as the sole legal counsel on the qualified institutions placement of equity shares by the Company aggregating to INR 2,440 million (“QIP”).
The Company is a multidisciplinary construction company which offers a diversified range of construction and allied services across industrial, institutional, government, government residential and residential projects in India. The Company is credited with the construction of various notable projects across India, including the Surat Diamond Bourse and the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor.
The QIP saw investments from various marquee investors including Fidelity, ICICI Prudential, LIC, UTI and Societe Generale.
The transaction was led by our Partner, Richa Choudhary, and the team comprised Counsels, Avanti Kale and Maitreya Rajurkar, and Associates, Aayush Khandelwal, Aman Bahl, Shivayana Balodia and Mathangi K.
