Investment by International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) and India-Japan Fund (“IJF”), acting through its investment manager, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited, in Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, by way of subscription to acquire a minority stake. The total deal value is INR 1,000 crore (approx. USD 120 Million).
Trilegal advised and assisted IJF in conducting a limited due diligence, and negotiating and finalizing transaction documents and ancillary documents.
Our Corporate Partners Harsh Maggon and Pranav Atit, led the deal along with our Partners, Kirti Balasubramanian (Intellectual Property) and Rahul Arora (Real Estate).
