Deal: Fund raise by Continuum Green Energy from Climate Asset Fund I (a unit of Just Climate)

Trilegal advised Continuum Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., Continuum Green Energy Ltd. and the founders, Mr. Arvind Bansal and Mr. Vikash Saraf, on a fundraise by Continuum Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. from Climate Asset Fund I (a unit of Just Climate).
Just Climate will invest INR 12.56 billion (approx. USD 150 million) to support – solar-hybrid energy generation and storage projects across India.
The deal was led by our Corporate Partners Amit Khansaheb and Rahul Chugh, who were supported by attorneys Sidharth Dhody, Kriti Chatrath, and Siddhant Maheshwari, Senior Associates; Philip Ashok Alex and Navya Bhayana, Associates.
