Trilegal successfully represents Delhi International Airport before the Competition Commission of India

Trilegal, as the sole counsel, successfully represented Delhi International Airport Limited (“Delhi Airport”) before the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in proceedings relating to allegations of abuse of dominance in the award of security service contracts at IGI Airport, Delhi.
By its order dated 16 July 2026, the CCI closed the matter at the prima facie stage and did not direct an investigation against Delhi Airport. The CCI also rejected the prayer for interim relief.
The order further reinforces Trilegal’s strong track record in competition law, with the firm having previously successfully represented GMR Airports and Delhi Airport before the CCI and the Delhi High Court in matters involving allegations of abuse of dominance.
