Deal: Trilegal advised Duroflex on the proposed INR 1,836 million IPO and Offer for Sale

Trilegal advised Duroflex Limited, on the proposed initial public offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 1,836.00 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to 22,564,569 equity shares by the selling shareholders comprising of the Promoters and Lighthouse India Fund III, Limited and Lighthouse India III Employee Trust.

Duroflex is a provider of sleep and comfort solutions in India, with a diversified omni-channel distribution network. It manufactures a wide range of products, including foam, mattresses, sofas, recliners, beds, pillows, accessories, and other furnishings.
