Trilegal advised Isprava Vesta, a company specialising in the design and development of luxury homes and villas across India, and its promoters on Isprava’s largest strategic equity fundraise till date, made by Hillhouse Investment.
The transaction involved a complex, multi-tiered hybrid investment structure with proposed funding at both, the operating company (Isprava) and a platform-level special purpose vehicle.
