Trilegal advised on the qualified institutions placement of equity shares by Belrise Industries Limited aggregating to INR 17,000 million.
Belrise Industries is an integrated precision engineering company offering a diverse range of safety-critical systems and other engineering solutions. As of March 31, 2026, it has 24 manufacturing facilities spread across India and overseas. The proceeds of the QIP will be used for repayment of debt, pursuing strategic investments and growth opportunities and working capital.
Trilegal advised the sole placement agent to the QIP, namely, Jefferies India Private Limited. Trilegal had also advised on Belrise’s initial public offering in 2025.
