Trilegal advised on the Initial Public Offering by Wakefit Innovations Limited

Trilegal acted as the legal advisor as to the Indian law to Wakefit Innovations Limited in connection with the initial public offering by the company aggregating to INR 12,888.89 million.

Wakefit Innovations Limited is the largest D2C home and furnishings company in India in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2024.

Our Capital Markets team advising the company on the matter was led by Partner Vijay Parthasarathi and comprised Senior Associate: Vedansh Batwara, and Associates: Sheetal Kumar, Olivia De, and Kohsheen Saraf.

Our team advising certain selling shareholders, including the Promoters (namely, Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda), Nitika Goel, SAI Global Fund I, LLP, and Paramark KB Fund on the matter was led by Partner Vinay Sirohia and comprised Senior Associate Harshvardhan Lahiri, and Associate Jasmine Manekshaw.
