Trilegal advised on the initial public offering of equity shares by Sanathan Textiles aggregating to INR 5.50 billion

Trilegal advised on the initial public offering of equity shares by Sanathan Textiles Limited (“Sanathan Textiles”) aggregating to INR 5.50 billion.

Sanathan Textiles is a yarn manufacturer, and has presence across the polyester, cotton and technical textile sectors.

The proceeds of the IPO are proposed to be used for repayment and/ or pre-payment of certain borrowings and general corporate purposes. The equity shares were listed on the bourses and saw a ~31% listing premium.

Trilegal represented the syndicate of book running lead managers, which comprised DAM Capital Advisors Limited and ICICI Securities Limited.
