Deal: Trilegal advised on the IPO of Amagi Media Labs

Trilegal advised the book running lead managers which comprised of Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited and Avendus Capital Private Limited on the IPO of Amagi Media Labs Limited.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to INR 8,160 million and an offer for sale by institutional investors including Premji Invest, Accel, Norwest and Avataar entities and certain individual investors, aggregating to INR 9,726.19 million, resulting in a total offer size of INR 17,886.19 million.
