Deal: Trilegal advised on the successful listing of iValue Infosolutions

Trilegal advised on the successful listing of equity shares by iValue Infosolutions Limited (“iValue”) aggregating to INR 5,602.95 million. The IPO comprises an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders.

iValue is a technology solutions provider focused on managing digital applications and data and offers security analytics, network security, application management and cloud integration services. It is backed by marquee investor, Creador, who is also one of the selling shareholders.

Trilegal advised the book running lead managers, being IIFL Securities Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited.
