Deal: Trilegal advises INDO-MIM on proposed IPO

Trilegal is advising INDO-MIM Limited, the largest manufacturer globally of precision engineering components using metal injection molding (“MIM“) technology, with a market share of 7% in terms of revenue from MIM in Fiscal 2025, on its proposed initial public offering of equity shares. The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 10,000 million and an offer for sale of up to 129,674,393 equity shares by the selling shareholders.
In addition to MIM technology, INDO-MIM leverage technologies such as investment casting, precision machining, ceramic injection molding and metal three-dimensional printing. Indo-MIM’s product portfolio caters to automotive, defence, medical, consumer, and aerospace sectors.
