India needs to take a unique approach to Gen AI regulation

Trilegal advised OffBeat Studios Private Limited and its founder, Aman Gupta (co-founder of boAt), in connection with its Series Seed funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) and Reed India.

The transaction involved a cross-border investment into an Indian company, with participation from a Mauritius-based investor as well as an India-based employee benefit trust.

OffBeat Studios, the latest venture of Aman Gupta, aims to leverage technology and AI to build a platform that caters to the evolving creator and content ecosystem in India.

The Trilegal Corporate Team advising on the matter was led by Partners: Amit Khansaheb and Vishruta Kaul; and supported by Counsels: Aayush Sood and Sanchita Mishra; and Associates: Farhana Akhtar and Saksham Gadia.
