Trilegal expands Corporate Practice, inviting three new lawyers to join the equity partnership

Tanya Uppal is a highly regarded private equity and M&A practitioner with significant experience advising global investors, sovereign wealth funds, and corporates on cross-border investments, acquisitions, and exits.
