Trilegal invites Pallavi Banerjee to join the partnership

February 23, 2024, India: Trilegal’s partnership has voted to invite Pallavi Banerjee, who is an executive director and senior legal counsel at Goldman Sachs in India, to join the firm as a Partner in the banking and finance practice at Mumbai. The financing practice at the firm has grown rapidly in recent years and Pallavi’s addition is expected to bolster its strength and ability to effectively support clients. This would take the total partnership strength of Trilegal to 117.

About Pallavi Banerjee
Pallavi has over 10 years of experience as a Banking and Finance transactional lawyer with a focus on private debt, stressed assets, debt financing, and structured debt products, including loans and debt issuances. She has previously worked at law firms, including a brief stint at Trilegal. Pallavi currently serves as a senior legal counsel at Goldman Sachs, advising on their debt and equity investments in India.
