Trilegal invites Rachita R Bhat to join the partnership in the Corporate Practice

30 October 2023: Trilegal’s partnership has voted to bring Rachita R Bhat on as a Partner in the Corporate Practice in Delhi. Rachita will specialise in M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters, focusing on investments in manufacturing, commercial real assets and warehousing. Rachita’s joining brings the partnership strength of Trilegal to 113.

About Rachita R Bhat
Rachita R Bhat has 12 years of experience in corporate practice, where she specialises in investments in the manufacturing sector, commercial real estate and warehousing, the education sector and acquisitions by REITs/InvITs. During her very successful career, Rachita has worked on several complex and pioneering transactions, which have since become market precedents. These transactions include the acquisition of Embassy TechVillage by Embassy REIT, one of the first acquisition transactions by a listed REIT in India, and the acquisition of Embassy Industrial Parks by Blackstone, which was one of the largest M&A deals in the warehousing space.
In addition, Rachita has a strong background in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including strategic investments, liquidation of assets, joint ventures and exits, both for investors and the sell side. Her extensive experience in the industry has been lauded – this year (2023), she was recognised as a “notable practitioner” by Asialaw for Corporate and M&A.
