Trilegal is advising Laser Power & Infra Limited (“Company”) and the Promoter Selling Shareholders as their legal advisor on the proposed initial public offering of shares (“IPO”) of the Company.
Laser Power is an integrated manufacturer of power cables, conductors and other specialised products and components to the power transmission and distribution industry in India. The proposed IPO of equity shares aggregating up to INR 12,000 million comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 8,000 million and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders aggregating up to INR 4,000 million.
Trilegal is advising the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholders on Indian law aspects of the transaction, supporting the successful execution of the offering.
