Samit brings 16 years of expertise in real estate litigation, insolvency, and regulatory matters. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Mumbai and is a Bombay Incorporated Law Society Solicitor. Before joining Trilegal, Samit was with DSK Legal, handling several precedent-setting real estate disputes. He has advised leading developers, gaining extensive experience in complex legal matters across the real estate sector.
