01 October 2024: Trilegal, one of India’s leading law firms, has announced the promotion of five Counsels to equity partnership, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across key practice areas and geographies. These promotions highlight the firm’s commitment to nurturing top legal talent while emphasising diversity and meritocracy, with a majority of the newly promoted partners being women. The new partners are Kanishka Maggon (Labour and Employment), Megha Kaladharan (Projects), Parvathy Tharamel (Labour and Employment), Siddharth Gupta (White-Collar Crimes), and Snigdha Guha Roy (Corporate). The total number of equity partners in the firm now stands at 134.
