Trilegal promotes six counsels to the Partnership, women now comprise 26% of equity Partners

Trilegal, one of India’s leading law firms, today announced the promotion of six Counsels to the Partnership – Gautam Chabra, Karishma Dodeja, Niharika Puri, Samira Lalani, Siddharth Ranade, and Sneha Vardhan. With this, the partnership strength of Trilegal grows to seventy-seven (77), and the percentage of women Partners grows to 26%, a milestone for the firm and industry. Globally the average women representation among equity partners at law firms is between 22 and 24 percent, as per various research reports.
