Trilegal promotes six counsels to the Partnership

31 March 2023: Trilegal, one of India’s leading law firms, today announced the promotion of six Counsels to the partnership – Albin George Thomas, Ananya Sonthalia, Chitra Rentala, Komal Dani, Riyaz Bhagat, and Siddharth Dang. With this, the partnership strength of Trilegal grows to 93. Trilegal is among the few firms in Asia that functions on an all-equity lock-step model of partnership and all promotees will, therefore, directly enter the equity lock-step.

The new Partners represent diverse practice areas including capital markets (Albin); asset management and funds (Ananya); dispute resolution and arbitration (Chitra); tax (Komal); projects (Riyaz); and corporate (Siddharth).
