Trilegal advised Infrastructure Yield Plus II (a fund managed by Edelweiss Alternatives) on the acquisition of 100% equity stake in L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited (IDPL) from Larson & Toubro Limited and CPPIB Investments. The total transaction value is approximately INR 27,234 million before closing adjustments and other terms of the transaction. The IDPL portfolio comprises eight roads and one power transmission asset in India spanning 4,900 lane kms and 960 circuit kms respectively.
Trilegal conducted the due diligence exercise on the entire IDPL portfolio and also drafted and negotiated all the transaction documents.
