Deal: Trilegal advised on the public issue of NCDs by Capri Global

Trilegal advised Capri Global Capital Limited (“CGCL”) and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited i.e. the lead manager, on the public issue of non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 4,891.13 million under a shelf limit of INR 20,000.00 million.
CGCL is a retail-focused NBFC operating across four primary lending segments namely MSME loans, housing loans, gold loans, and construction finance. The proceeds are proposed to be utilised for onward lending, financing, and the repayment of interest and principal on existing borrowings availed by CGCL. This transaction reflects our ongoing relationship with CGCL, following their previous issuance advised by us in 2025.
