Deal: Trilegal adviced GreenCell Mobility on USD 35 Million Fundraise from Impact Fund Denmark

Trilegal acted for GreenCell Mobility Private Limited and its shareholder Green Growth Equity Fund in Greencell’s fund raise of USD 35,000,000 (INR 330,00,00,000) from Impact Fund Denmark, including undertaking a vendor due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents.

This is one of the early equity transactions from a development finance institution in the electric mass mobility space in India.
