Trilegal advised Pixxel and its founders on its Series C funding round of USD 100 million led by Temasek and Seraphim. Existing investors Radical Ventures and growX Ventures, and new investors 360 ONE Asset and IMM Investment, also participated in the round.

Pixxel is a space-tech company that operates six of the world’s highest-resolution commercial-grade hyperspectral Earth observation satellites (the ‘Firefly’ constellation), a hyperspectral image-processing platform (known as ‘Aurora’), and a satellite-manufacturing business serving commercial and sovereign customers. It also leads a consortium building an indigenous 12-satellite Earth observation constellation with the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe) on a public-private partnership basis, at an estimated project cost exceeding INR 1,200 crore.
