Trilegal advises BRLMs on Aragen Life Sciences' proposed IPO

Trilegal advised the Book Running Lead Managers, Axis Capital, Citigroup Global, Goldman Sachs and JM Financial, as their legal advisor in connection with Aragen Life Sciences’s proposed IPO of equity shares.

Aragen Life Sciences, the largest CRDMO among the assessed Indian peers in terms of number of solutions offered across the drug development value chain as of March 31, 2026, and one of India’s leading CRDMO platforms offering solutions across the drug development lifecycle for both small molecules and biologics as per the F&S Report, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Fresh issue aggregating up to INR 8,000 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to 23.30 million equity shares by the promoters and investor Goldman Sachs.
