Deal: Trilegal advised BRLMs on INR 1,100 crore IPO by Powerica

Trilegal advised ICICI Securities, IIFL Capital Services, and Nuvama Wealth Management, the Book Running Lead Managers in connection with the INR 1,100 crore initial public offering by Powerica Limited.

Powerica is an integrated power solutions provider specialising in diesel generator sets, medium speed large generators, and related services. They operate under two distinct industries (i) generator set industry; and (ii) wind power industry. The transaction is notable for its differentiated positioning, with Powerica operating across both conventional diesel-based power solutions and an integrated wind energy platform spanning IPP, EPC and O&M services.
