Trilegal advised HIG Capital on the acquisition of GetixHealth

Trilegal acted as Indian counsel, alongside Paul Hastings LLP as global counsel, to advise H.I.G. Capital, a global private equity firm, on its strategic investment through one of its affiliates in GetixHealth LLC, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare providers.

In this role, Trilegal provided key legal support on the Indian law aspects of the transaction, working closely with Paul Hastings LLP.

The Trilegal Corporate Team advising on the mandate was led by Partner: Sibani Saxena; and supported by Senior Associate: Reeya Benedict; and Associates: Kavya Nagamangala, Aashna Soman, Sameeksha Shetty, and Ananya Awasthi.

The Trilegal Employment Team advising on the mandate was led by Partner: Parvathy Tharamel; and Associates: Lekha Suki and Payaswini Rai.

The Trilegal Tax Team advising on the mandate was led by Partner: Komal Dani; and supported by Senior Associate: Deepanshu Jhanwar; and Associate: Himeesha Dhiliwal.
