Deal: Trilegal advised IndiaRF on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Anthea Aromatics

Trilegal advised India Resurgence Fund (“IndiaRF”), in its acquisition of a controlling stake in Anthea Aromatics Private Limited (one of India’s oldest aroma chemical companies), for upto INR 10 billion.
