Trilegal advised Muthoot Finance on the public issuance of non-convertible debentures.

Trilegal acted as the sole legal counsel to the public issuance of non-convertible debentures by Muthoot Finance Limited with a shelf limit of INR 30,000 million and the tranche V issue thereunder aggregating up to INR 5,000 million.

The Issuer is the largest gold loan non-banking financial company in the country and additionally offers foreign exchange services, money transfers, wealth management services, travel, and tourism services, and sells gold coins.
