Trilegal advised SC Ventures on the sale of 100% stake in Standard Chartered Research and Technology India Private Limited (SCRTIPL) to Jumbotail Technologies Private Limited (Jumbotail), a leading Indian B2B marketplace.
Trilegal advised SC Ventures on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, conducting legal due diligence, drafting/reviewing and finalising the transaction documents. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
