Deal: Trilegal advises Goldman Sachs affiliates on Travelstack Tech’s proposed INR 2,500 million IPO

Trilegal advised Global Private Opportunities Partners II LP and Global Private Opportunities Partners II Offshore Holdings LP, institutional selling shareholders and affiliate entities of Goldman Sachs, in connection with the proposed initial public offering by Travelstack Tech Limited. The IPO comprises of the fresh Issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 2,500.00 million and offer for sale of up to 26,852,969 equity shares.
Travelstack Tech operates TravelPlus, India’s largest hotels-focused corporate travel management platform for enterprise clients, in terms of revenue from operations in Fiscal 2025. It also operates a private-label hospitality portfolio comprising the FabHotels and Via brands.
