Trilegal advised Iscon Balaji Foods and its promoters and selling shareholders on an aggregate investment of INR 1,600 crores by Advent International and 360 One Alternates Asset Management. Earlier this year, Trilegal also advised on an investment of INR 400 crores by 360 One in the company.
Iscon Balaji Foods is a leading manufacturer and exporter of frozen foods and dehydrated potato flakes from India. The transaction comprised a mix of primary and secondary components.
Trilegal provided comprehensive advice on the transaction structure and in finalisation of documentation, including regulatory and antitrust filings.
