Deal: Trilegal advises Tablespace Technologies on the proposed IPO of INR 8000 million

Trilegal is advising Tablespace Technologies Limited, its individual promoter selling shareholders, Karan Chopra and Kunal Mehra, its corporate promoter, KAM Advisors Private Limited and one of the selling shareholders, RSP Real Estate LLP as their legal advisor as to Indian law in connection with the proposed initial public offering of its equity shares of face value of INR 1 each comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 8,000.00 million and an offer for sale of up to 65,475,432 equity shares of face value of INR 1 each.
