Trilegal advised Apis Partners on investment in Leap Technologies

Trilegal advised Apis Partners on its investment in Leap Technologies by way of a combination of primary and secondary investments.

Trilegal advised on the structuring of the transaction, conducted due diligence on the Indian subsidiaries of Leap Technologies Private Limited, negotiated, and finalised definitive documents for the transaction.
