Trilegal advised EPL Limited on obtaining CCI’s unconditional approval for the merger of Indovida India (backed by Indorama Ventures) with EPL Limited, forming a USD 2 billion conglomerate in the consumer packaging space.
This transaction creates one of the leading integrated packaging platforms, strengthening EPL Limited’s market position and marking its evolution into a scaled, multi-format conglomerate. The transaction is one of the largest deals in the packaging sector; it expands the market reach and operational efficiencies of the merged entity.
