Trilegal advised Health Management Associates, Inc (HMA), a US company leading in health and human services consulting, in connection with acquisition of HTS India LLP (HTS India) and all Indian law aspects of HMA’s acquisition of HealthTech Solutions LLC (HTS) and its subsidiaries, a premier provider of Medicaid-focused technology, analytics, and compliance solutions.
Trilegal assisted in (i) conducting a legal due diligence on HTS India; (ii) drafting and negotiating the transaction documents in relation to the India level transfer; (iii) closing of the India leg of the global acquisition of HTS and its group companies; and (iv) reviewing the transaction documents of the global deal. Trilegal will also provide its assistance in completion of the post-closing actions in relation to the India level transaction.
