Trilegal advises Assetz on its proposed IPO comprising INR 6,300 million fresh issue and an OFS of up to 29.1 million equity shares

Trilegal advised Assetz Limited and certain selling shareholders as their Indian legal counsel in connection with the company’s proposed initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by existing shareholders.

Assetz is a Bengaluru-based residential real estate developer focused on the premium housing segment. The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 6,300 million and an offer for sale of up to 29,079,263 equity shares by the selling shareholders. The Pre-filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (P-DRHP) was filed with SEBI on 30 July 2026.
