Deal: Brookfield Asset Management acquires controlling interest in Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions

Trilegal advised Brookfield Asset Management to acquire controlling interest through its affiliate in Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions for USD 360 million.
The deal was led by our partners Ankush Goyal (Corporate), Nayantara Nag (Projects) and Deep Choudhuri (Corporate).
